Whooooosh

My goodness this year is going quickly isn't it. So much to do soooooo much to do and a lot of stuff reaches its climax at the end of this month. I've been working now on a poster for Glastonbury's Poetry&Words part of the festival. Gotta admit...it's honestly not something I ever dreamed I would be doing EVER. Gosh the day I was asked to do it I just spent the rest of the day staring into space dumbstruck over such an amazing thing having just randomly happened at 11o'clock on a Saturday morning. You see...i'm not really a professional artist. I'm all self taught and there are a million and one better artists out there than me. But GOSH do I love creating things. It just...makes me feel amazing to create something from my imagination and make it solid and it's weird when people want to give me money for doing something I love doing, it feels like I get paid to play with my crayons and it just makes me feel incredibly incredibly lucky....INCREDIBLY.

So to be able to do something on this sort of scale...it just...well...WOW. So I gotta work harder I guess It should all be finished next week and well then that's just in time for the puppet show I help with and after May Im gonna have a preemptive hibernation for a week or two (which coincides nicely with my birthday
